Product information 9804 - Magnetic Clip Set for Test Leads, red/black, 4 mm connectors


The 9804 Magnetic Clip Set consists of one red and one black magnetic clip for magnetic fixation of test leads on ferromagnetic components. 

The clips attach to test leads with 4 mm connectors and allow hands-free positioning on steel enclosures, machine frames or switch cabinets. The 11 mm concave magnetic contact surface enables centered positioning on pan head screws or comparable raised ferromagnetic contact points. Pan head screws up to size M6 provide the most suitable contact geometry. Due to the surrounding insulating plastic rim, no defined electrical contact is established on flat surfaces.

Both magnetic clips comply with CAT IV 1000 V and 2 A. 

They serve as mechanical positioning aids for voltage and insulation measurements and for applications in high-resistance ranges. For low-resistance protective conductor testing or precision milliohm measurements, suitable clamps or probe tips should be used.

The set is compatible with test leads from HIOKI and other manufacturers featuring 4 mm safety or standard banana plugs.
