Payment / Shipping

Shipping costs are €9.90 per order within the entire European Union, to the United Kingdom (UK), to Norway, and to Switzerland – with no minimum order value (Incoterms CPT). Under CPT, transport costs are covered and any import-related costs must be paid by the buyer. Shipments are made from the warehouse in Eschborn (Frankfurt/Main), Germany.

For shipments to Norway, the United Kingdom (UK), and Switzerland with an order value above €1000, an export declaration is required. A handling fee of €45 will be charged for issuing this document. This fee does not apply to orders below €1000. Please note: As Norway, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland are not part of the EU, additional import duties or taxes may apply upon import.
