It simultaneously measures internal resistance and open-circuit voltage (OCV) with resistance ranges from mΩ to 3 kΩ and voltage ranges up to 1000 V DC.

Featuring a fast measurement speed of approximately 5 ms and a 2 ms sampling rate in ""Extra-FAST"" mode, the BT3564 offers outstanding testing efficiency. It is equipped with RS-232C, GP-IB, EXT-I/O, and Analog Out interfaces, ensuring easy integration into various systems. Its electrostatic-resistant design and spark discharge reduction feature enhance reliability and safety during high-voltage testing.
