Product information HIOKI IM9000 - Firmware Option for Equivalent Circuit Analysis
The HIOKI IM9000 adds equivalent circuit analysis capability to the IM3570 impedance analyzer, enabling in-depth evaluation of complex impedance characteristics. The firmware provides five representative circuit models and can automatically select the most suitable one based on the measurement data. In addition to basic three-element R-L-C models, it also supports a four-element model optimized for the analysis of piezoelectric devices. The IM9000 allows Nyquist (Cole-Cole) and admittance plots to be generated directly, offering valuable insight into frequency-dependent behavior and material properties.
The IM9000 must be purchased together with the instrument and cannot be added later. Customers requiring equivalent circuit analysis with their IM3570 should select the bundled product version IM3570-9000, which includes both the IM3570 and IM9000.
