Product information 9465-90 - Replacement Tip for Test Leads

The 9465-90 pogo-pin tip is a replacement part for the 9465-10 and L2020 test leads. It has a diameter of 2.9 mm, a length of 13.5 mm, and features gold plating. The tip has a coaxial design, with the center forming the SENSE terminal and the outer edge forming the SOURCE terminal. 

Replacing the tip is quick and easy, ensuring consistent performance of the test leads. The pogo-pin tips are sold individually, so two tips are required to replace all tips of the 9465-10, 9465-11, and L2020 test leads. For the L2140 test lead, however, only one tip is needed.
