Product information HIOKI 9268 10 - DC Bias Voltage Unit

The HIOKI 9268‑10 is an optional DC bias voltage unit that connects between a HIOKI impedance analyzer or LCR meter and the test fixture. It allows the application of a bias voltage of up to ±40 V DC (external power supply required) and supports a frequency range from 40 Hz to 8 MHz.

The unit extends the capabilities of instruments such as the IM3590, IM3570, IM3533, or IM3523 and enables precise and reliable component testing under DC bias conditions.
