In case the SHORT test of your system does no more PASS, it might be related to the wornout coating of your Probe check board. With this board you will receive a new check board to have resistance values of the board like on the first date.
The PCB surface does not oxidate a lot and therefore supports showing continuous resistance values for your zero calibration.
Remark:
The board cannot help in case the pins of your RM9004 Test Fixture are broken or bent. Please use our RM9006 Maintenance Tool to inspect this and contact our After Sales Department in case of issues with the RM9004 itself.
