The RM9010-01 is a high-precision specialized probe tip designed for resistance, resistivity, and conductivity measurements using the four-terminal method. It is an optional accessory for the RM3545 precision resistance meter and its available variants, extending these instruments with a defined four-contact measurement geometry for reproducible material testing.

Four precisely aligned in-line measurement contacts with a spacing of 5.0 mm ±0.1 mm ensure accurate separation of current and voltage paths. This effectively minimizes contact and lead resistance – a key requirement for stable and comparable measurement results, particularly on thin layers or delicate samples. 

The spherical, gold-plated measurement contacts provide uniform contact conditions. A defined spring force of approximately 1.25 N per contact ensures consistent contact pressure and supports repeatable measurement performance in laboratory and development environments.

Separate SOURCE and SENSE connectors as well as a GUARD plug are precisely matched to the RM3545 input terminals, enabling direct and secure connection without additional adapters. With an overall cable length of approximately 1.5 m and a robust design, the RM9010-01 is built for professional indoor use. Replaceable measurement contacts contribute to long service life and cost-efficient operation.
