Differential probes for high-voltage signals

HIOKI's differential probes are suitable for a wide range of applications, such as AC voltage measurements up to 1000 V with bandwidths up to 10 MHz – ideal for automotive applications. For DC voltages up to 2000 V, such as in photovoltaic systems, the P9002-02 Differential Probe is a suitable choice.

Non-invasive CAN bus signal testing

For non-invasive CAN bus analysis in automotive environments, HIOKI's CAN probes like the SP7001-90 enable quick, contactless signal detection directly on insulated lines – with no modifications or additional Y-cables required. This saves time and reduces measurement errors.

The Hioki 9322 Differential Probe is a versatile 3-in-1 probe designed for the floating measurement of high-voltage waveforms, detecting power line surge noise, and providing true RMS rectified output of high-voltage AC. With the ability to handle up to 2000 V DC and 1000 V AC (CAT II), the 9322 ensures safe and accurate measurements even in demanding environments. This probe is compatible with the Memory Memory recorder series and can be powered via an AC adapter or Hioki’s Probe Power Unit Z5021. It offers a wide frequency range for detecting high-frequency components, making it ideal for inverter circuits and power supply noise detection.
